Get slimmer legs!

To get thinner thighs faster than normal you would have to carry out some of the more advanced methods. The problem with the more advanced thigh exercises is sometimes they are more geared to how to get thinner thighs faster and this is not always the best way to go about things. The more advanced the method the harder it will be to carry out and the harder it will be to keep up with. Always remember that for results you need to keep doing the same thing time after time so the methods you adopt have to be reasonable.

There are also cases when people are told exercises to do in order to get their thinner thighs that actually don’t do anything. I have written below 2 methods, one of which does not help you and the other a very good source of thigh exercise.

1) Abductor Machines

These machines are the ones that you squeeze with your inner thighs and then push back away. You feel like it is doing something because more often than not it hurts but it actually does not do anything to the shape of your thighs. People in sports stores will often push you towards these machines, I’m not sure if it’s to do with commission or just because they are not informed of the products but always make sure you check what muscle groups you WILL be working on and be happy that this is the part of the body you want to tone or improve.

2) Squats

Squats are a very effective way to get thighs thinner, that’s why they are harder to do but before long you start to see results and a thinner thigh in a short space of time. There are many different ways to do squats. Stand with your feet level with your shoulders and use dumbbells if you can, go down as if you are sitting on a seat. Make sure that your toes are pointed to the front and not on an angle as it can start to get your hips tight. When going down do it as far as you feel comfortable and make sure your head is up and body upright. When you come back up try to squeeze your thighs. These types of exercise can also burn more calories than the abductor machines because of the way in which your body is set up, if you want thinner thighs you must burn more calories.

Keep it up

If you can keep up the thigh exercises will not only teach you to make thighs thinner but you will also stop wasting your time on exercises that just don’t work. Try different things but always remember to stick with what works for you.
